Qualifications:

  • Good verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience managing staffs of 50-150+ employees

Preferred qualifications 

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) 
  • Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and processes related to housekeeping services in a stadium environment 
  • Knowledge of floor & carpet care
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers
  • 5+ yrs experience in facility/housekeeping preferred
  • Stadium/arena experience preferred (NFL stadium, collegiate stadium preferred) 
  • Experience with large stadium events, including but not limited to concerts, family and community events 

Complete all managerial tasks for the housekeeping department, including but not limited to the following:

  • Provide management & leadership for the full-time, part-time, & contracted housekeeping employees
  • Create schedules for Management, Core Staff, Major Events, Private Events, & Projects
  • Approve payroll/timesheets
  • Create daily core staff routes
  • Develop estimates and work plans for all major events
  • Create quotes for all major events to distribute to Client for billing approval
  • Track labor usage vs budgeted hours & update weekly in labor tracker
  • Submit billing monthly for all major events, private events, projects, etc.
  • Maintain monthly P&L
  • Build & develop relationships with Clients
  • Attend all Client scheduled meetings
  • Main point of contact for all Client related needs & communication
  • Motivate, develop, & retain staff
  • Implement ABM Cleaning Training Program for Management & frontline staff
  • Escalation point for corrective action/PIPs (as needed)
  • Ensure account maintains safety compliance (Monthly Trainings, SWOPs, etc.)
  • Complete 5 Safe Work Observation Program per week 
  • Submit expense reports after the 25th of each month
  • Perform routine quality control inspections of the venue
