Educational Assistant (full-time) Freshman School
Looking for a full-time day schedule with no weekends or evenings? Enjoy working with students? Wanting to be off in the summers & holidays?

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the special education teacher or designee, this person assists in the supervision, care and instruction of students in the 9th grade, and will work one-to-one with a student. ย Position begins with the 2026-27 school year.
Positions available - 7 hours per day
PAY & BENEFITS
Beginning hourly rate: $17.37/hour and up, commensurate with related experience.
Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, disability and vision insurance, and SERS retirement, free life insurance, and sick and personal days.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent.ย 
Apply for and maintain an Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce (ODEW). The HR office can assist you with the short application process.
