Job description

Description of the role:

The Receptionist at Serene Gardens of Hartland is the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and callers. This role plays a crucial part in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and residents in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist in scheduling appointments
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
  • Maintain Visitor and Resident Sign In & Sign Out Logs
  • Comply with Residents’ Rights policy and Community and Employee Policies and Procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
