• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on functional limitations and disabilities.
• Engage in ongoing consultation with healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive continuum of care for each patient.
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain.
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and discharge plans meticulously, adhering to strict legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicating patient progress and integrating feedback for holistic care.
• Provide clinical education and training for support staff and students, enhancing their skills and knowledge in therapy practice.

The ideal Physical Therapist at Serene Harmony Therapy Center will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current and valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

• Proficient in various computer systems and documentation tools.

• Experience in rehabilitation settings, particularly in managing diverse therapeutic needs.
• Evidence of continuing education through relevant workshops, seminars, or professional development courses.
• Prior experience working with PT aides and students preferred, showcasing leadership capabilities.
