Serene Harmony Therapy Center is actively seeking a passionate and skilled full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team in Passaic, New Jersey. • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with various physical challenges to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare providers regarding a patient’s care continuum to ensure optimized treatment pathways.
• Implement treatment interventions and continuously monitor patient progress, adapting plans as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive documentation concerning treatment results, patient progress, and discharge plans, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Engage in collaborative practice with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care through sharing insights and strategies.
• Participate in leadership activities such as community outreach, program development, and staff education, contributing to both patient care and organizational growth.
• Mentor and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and interns, sharing expertise and guiding them in best practices.
• Conduct educational sessions to enhance knowledge among team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and charge submissions, ensuring accurate tracking of services rendered.

Our patient demographic includes individuals of all ages who may be recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or experiencing rehabilitation after injuries. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, requiring sensitivity to their unique needs and cultural backgrounds as you facilitate their recovery journeys.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory for practice.
• BLS certification is essential to ensure safety in our treatment environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills will be necessary to interact effectively with patients, families, and fellow team members.
• Competency in computer systems, specifically electronic health records, is crucial for timely documentation and patient management.

• While not mandatory, prior experience in a rehabilitation center setting will be advantageous.
• Experience with specific therapeutic methods or specialized programs is a plus, enhancing the breadth of care provided at our center.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 120,000, complemented by a generous benefits package.
