This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in the serene environment of Spring Creek, Nevada. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art resources and is designed to support effective therapy modalities and patient comfort. The work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting work-life balance and allowing ample opportunity for clinical engagement without undue stress.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of each patient's physical abilities to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and rehabilitation objectives.
• Administer effective physical therapy interventions, incorporating therapeutic exercises, hands-on manual therapy techniques, and various modalities aligned with best practices.
• Maintain detailed progress reports and treatment logs, adjusting care plans in real-time to meet patient goals and enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to establish a cohesive approach to patient care that maximizes recovery potential.
• Engage and educate patients and their families about effective therapeutic techniques, appropriate home exercise regimens, and strategies for injury prevention.
• Create and implement fall prevention programs and safety protocols to mitigate risks for patients residing in assisted living facilities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, advances in physical therapy, and continuing education opportunities to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Uphold professional ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and a commitment to provide exemplary care at all times.

• A graduate degree (Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, indicating an understanding of current state regulations and standards of practice.
• While experience in geriatric therapy is preferred, new graduates who have recently completed their degrees are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building rapport with patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and engaging families.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs) and relevant healthcare documentation systems.
• Commitment to employing evidence-based practices and the latest therapeutic techniques in care delivery.
