Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Position Summary
We are hiring licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in Florida to deliver hands-on therapeutic support under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Whether you're seeking consistent hours or flexible scheduling, we offer opportunities tailored to your needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist
  • Monitor and document resident progress and response to treatment
  • Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe movement techniques
  • Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines

Qualifications
  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
  • Current Florida PTA license (required)
  • Senior living or similar experience preferred
  • Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
  • CPR certification (as required by facility or state guidelines)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
