2pm - 10pm

Monday-Friday; Weekends as needed

General Purpose

Operate the separator process in an efficient manner to maximize production while maintaining product quality and safety.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the defined processing parameters to achieve optimum efficiencies while minimizing downtime
  • Monitor and document processes to include quality checks, while administering changes when needed
  • Perform CIP as needed on all related equipment. Perform manual cleaning as necessary
  • Perform general housekeeping and Master Sanitation schedule task as necessary
  • Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
  • Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
  • Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
  • Attend required training, including but not limited to: GMP's HAACP, SQF, and Safety

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Production or general work experienced preferred
  • Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
  • Able to effectively work in a team environment
  • Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
