Job description

Operate the separator process in an efficient manner to maximize production while maintaining product quality and safety.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the defined processing parameters to achieve optimum efficiencies while minimizing downtime

Monitor and document processes to include quality checks, while administering changes when needed

Perform CIP as needed on all related equipment. Perform manual cleaning as necessary

Perform general housekeeping and Master Sanitation schedule task as necessary

Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues

Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
