About the Role

Seoul Medical Group (SMG)/ Advanced Medical Management (AMM) is one of the nation's leading Independent Practice Associations (IPA), dedicated to delivering high-quality, culturally competent healthcare to diverse communities. We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Communication Coordinator to help elevate our brand, strengthen employee engagement, and support marketing and community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute internal communications, company announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement content.
  • Develop content for social media, recruitment marketing, company websites, and branding campaigns.
  • Support company branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Design marketing materials, presentations, graphics, and promotional content using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Assist with company events, employee recognition programs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and departments across the organization to support communication and marketing goals.
  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and help position AMM as a leading healthcare MSO.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Bilingual Korean preferred
  • Experience creating content for internal communications, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.).
  • Strong writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare, IPA, MSO, managed care, or provider organization experience preferred.
