Job description

Who We Are: Sentric revolutionizes ADAS calibration by making it faster and more efficient to enhance safety and prevent accidents. We specialize in both static and dynamic ADAS calibrations, including cameras, radar, and other systems, using OEM diagnostic tools for precise and quality service. Our offerings extend to sensor replacement, module reprogramming, system resets, wheel alignment, and troubleshooting. Sentric technicians undergo rigorous training through accredited platforms, ensuring they are equipped with the latest ADAS knowledge and skills. Our strong OEM relationships keep us at the forefront of ADAS technologies and standards. Committed to precision, we use factory methods and tools to ensure vehicles are calibrated to OEM specifications, setting the industry standard for safety and accuracy.

Base Pay Range:

$18.00-$22.00

As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for shuttling customer vehicles, prepping vehicles for calibration. Additionally, you will perform a variety of tasks as needed to create an efficient and productive shop environment. The essential job functions include:

Operations (60%)

  • Shuttle customer vehicles to and from calibration center in a safe manner.
  • Prepare vehicles, fueling, tires, etc., for calibrations by following established processes.
  • Support Technicians with any operational needs to expedite calibration process.
  • Perform ADAS Verification tests.

Customer Engagement (20%)

  • Professionally engage with customers.
  • Answer basic customer questions and direct them to correct sources for technical answers.
  • Provide vehicle status updates as required.
  • Help address customer, operational and performance concerns.

Administration (20%)

  • Manage and maintain supplies, office, and shop.
  • Help clean office and shop to maintain neat and orderly working environment.
  • Prepare and transmit calibration quotes as needed.
  • Prepare and transmit customer invoices as needed.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Meet the requirements of Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy
