Job description


Title:Lab Technician II
Location: Atlanta, GA 30354
Duration: 12 months (Possible extension)
Shift: 1: 30pm- 10pm EST, M-F
Pay Rate: $25 an hour
Experience / Education:
• Minimum 2 years in a LAB
• A degree in the sciences is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a significant plus Primary duties of Sensory Technician:
• Aseptically pulling samples of a production lines.
• Preparing each sample for a sensory panel.
• Recording all sensory data from the panel. Keeping it audit ready.
Secondary duties
• HPLC Testing of finished products
• Test finished products and ingredients for brix, pH, color, density, etc.
• Environmental monitoring sample collection
• Microbiological swabbing of manufacturing lines
• Collecting and testing treated and CIP water
• Stress test packaging materials.
• Periodic quality inspections of outbound trailers.
• Daily Calibration of lab instruments Additional requirements
• MUST be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Have a pair of steel toed shoes and safety glasses
