Southern Arizona Seniors Helping Seniors® match active seniors with seniors who need help in order to remain living independently. We're currently seeking the best In-Home Non-Medical Senior Caregivers on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

We offer flexible hours. Whether you want to work 8 hours a week or 35+, we are here to support your work-life balance by giving you an opportunity to help other seniors while earning income and maintaining your lifestyle and hobbies.

Companionship, Shopping/errands, Cooking a meal, Pet care, Minor housekeeping, Transportation, Activities and More. Seniors Helping Seniors® thoughtfully pairs our employees with clients that share things in common such as former professions, hobbies, or upbringing to maximize social engagement. The relationship that forms is rewarding for everyone!

We offer:

  • Starting wage of $16 per hour

  • Paid training for newly hired employees - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Flexible schedules from 8 hours up to 35+ hours per week

Minimum requirements:

  • Older adult with 40+ years of life experience

  • Driver's license and insured auto (our clients are not accessible by public transportation)

  • Cell phone

  • Conversational English fluency

  • Weekend availability a plus (in addition to weekdays)
