Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting the HR function. Assists the Human Resources department by:
• Monitor all incoming calls / call transfers / messages
• Coordinate onsite recruitment process, including: interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, job fair coordination, updating recruitment tracker, and other tasks as assigned
• Create new employee folders / parking stickers
• Manage Plant-Wide Job Bidding process and post to Department Supervisors
• Create new hire orientation packets
• Support coordination efforts for plant-wide events
• Filing for employee personnel files & miscellaneous filing for HR department
• Assist with other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Education : High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
