Job description



A remote organization is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead complex AI and technical IT initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role is focused on end-to-end delivery, stakeholder coordination, and governance for high-visibility projects in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.


About the Opportunity:




  • Schedule: Monday through Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Remote




Responsibilities:




  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technical IT projects across multiple workstreams




  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions




  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, external partners, and executive leaders




  • Drive governance activities including status reporting, meetings, follow-ups, and executive updates




  • Support change management efforts and help teams adopt new technologies and processes




Qualifications:




  • 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience




  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams




  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to technical teams and executive stakeholders




  • Ability to understand technical concepts, identify issues, and coordinate the appropriate resources




Desired Skills:




  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, including generative AI, automation, or data pipelines




  • Experience with enterprise project management platforms such as Workfront




  • Comfort using collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams




  • Exposure to change management in complex technical environments
