About the Role
Senior Implementation Consultant
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class consulting services to enterprise clients, helping them achieve their business objectives through strategic implementations of Workfront and Fusion and related platforms.
We are seeking individuals with a proven ability to assess, design, and execute work management solutions using Workfront and its integrations, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving solution adoption, designing workflows, and aligning implementations across a broader digital experience ecosystem to ensure lasting business value and client success. Expertise in guiding enterprise organizations through change management and process optimization is highly desirable.
An understanding of the broader content supply chain is preferred, including campaign planning, content creation, workflow optimization, review and approval processes, enterprise digital asset management (DAM), content management systems, marketing automation platforms, personalization solutions, customer journey orchestration platforms, and customer experience technologies.
This position offers the opportunity to work with large enterprise clients on complex digital transformation initiatives, making it ideal for professionals seeking to expand their expertise in work management, workflow automation, and content operations.
Remote Role

Responsibilities
Design and configure enterprise-level business process solutions using Workfront to achieve client business objectives.
Align Workfront with related platforms across the content supply chain and digital ecosystem.
Drive adoption of Workfront by identifying opportunities to solve business challenges and enhance value realization.
Lead customers through strategic implementations and develop solution designs that provide both immediate and long-term business value.
Create project plans, design documents, templates, layouts, queues, custom forms, reports, dashboards, and other implementation artifacts.
Deliver high-quality consulting services supporting successful implementations and go-live activities.
Serve as a subject matter expert for workflow design, business process optimization, and platform configuration.
Mentor and coach clients and team members, providing guidance, best practices, and escalation support.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implementation methodologies, and solution delivery frameworks.
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and demonstrated business process consulting experience.
5+ years of experience as a business process or management consultant with hands-on experience implementing Workfront solutions.
Experience with enterprise content management, digital asset management, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, personalization, and related platforms.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions for enterprise organizations with 5,000+ employees.
5+ years of experience as an onsite business process/management consultant, specifically with Workfront.
Understanding and experience with the larger suite of products, especially AEM, AJO, Campaign, Target, etc.
Experience with change management methodologies preferred.
Strong ability to document and optimize business processes.
High technical aptitude, including experience with API-driven integrations, platform migrations, and enhancements.
Experience integrating third-party applications using RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business challenges to scalable solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
