Our global Finance organization is building a pipeline of candidates with Workday and Finance experience for current and future opportunities across our Finance Technology team. This posting is intended to identify talent for several open roles that may be filled in India, the United States, Canada, or El Salvador, depending on business need and candidate qualifications.

Potential roles may include:
Finance Service Desk Analyst
  • Provides first-level support for Finance applications as part of the Finance Technology team.
  • Brings foundational Finance knowledge, with exposure to Workday preferred.
  • Typically aligned to candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Workday Security Analyst
  • Supports and optimizes Workday security for Finance, including the design, configuration, and maintenance of security roles, permissions, and related controls.
  • Workday certifications are strongly preferred; business analysis certification, such as CBAP, is a plus.
  • Typically aligned to candidates with 2 to 4 years of general Workday or Workday security experience.

Workday Functional Senior Analyst
  • Works with a team of analysts to support process standardization and Workday best practices within the Finance Technology team.
  • Typically aligned to candidates with 5 or more years of Workday Finance experience; Workday certifications are strongly preferred.

Skills and experience we are looking for include:
Workday experience
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Finance and/or Workday Security modules
  • Understanding of Workday configuration, system design, and related business processes
  • Experience supporting Workday enhancements, changes, testing, and issue resolution

Functional & Process Understanding
  • Understanding of Finance processes such as accounting, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or related areas
  • Knowledge of Workday security, including roles, domain security, and access controls

System & Data Analysis
  • Ability to analyze system data, configurations, workflows, and process gaps
  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, data mapping, and solution support

Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Understanding of system governance and control frameworks
  • Exposure to audit, risk monitoring, or compliance processes

Stakeholder & Collaboration Skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Finance, technology, business stakeholders, and vendors
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $88,400 - $150,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
