Job description

Overview
The Data Analytics Sr Consultant must be detail oriented and possess written and verbal communication skills and exhibit leadership skills. Sr Consultants are adept in using a variety of tools, including Relativity, Brainspace, Excel, and Consilio proprietary tools. Sr Consultants work with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions and workflows based on those project specific needs. When a solution or workflow is established, Sr Consultants can manage the execution from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Relativity
    • Hold extensive knowledge on Relativity's UI, and the concept, machine learning, and search capabilities
  • Independent Contributor
    • Proactively identify places to contribute to and drive process improvement
    • Troubleshoots problems, identifies root causes, and enacts best path forward
    • Implement complex Data Analytics workflows with no oversight
    • Take ownership of large-scale complex projects, from beginning to end
    • Directly lead complex or high-profile Technology Assisted Review projects
  • Subject matter expert (SME) and Consultant
    • Present to clients and internal teams as an SME on all analytics offerings
    • Spot analytics opportunities and collaborate with other teams so that these opportunities are not missed
    • Apply SME knowledge to matters to identify workflows and solutions
    • Communicate, Coordinate, and Implement solutions and workflows and effectively communicate to project teams
    • Advise internal teams on existing strategies, workflows, solutions and develop new ones
    • Perform full project audits, as needed

Additional Responsibilities/Details:
  • Understand/Strategize corporate impact by understanding the business' needs and tailor solutions that meet these needs as well as project needs
    • Identify items such as workflows, client agreements, proposals that conflict with Consilio's business interests and propose alternative solutions
  • Enter metrics including billing time entry and culling metrics in line with team expectations

Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirements:
  • J.D., Paralegal Certificate, or BS in relevant field Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Retrieval Sciences, among others), or equivalent

Minimum Experience Requirements:
  • 4

Other Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Relativity UI
  • Proven work experience in the eDiscovery industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
  • Industry certifications
