Senior Workday Developer
Location: Florida
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Workday Developer to support enterprise systems across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and internal/external systems while ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations (e.g., EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, XSLT).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Manage application configurations, environments, and supporting infrastructure (servers, databases, networks).
  • Lead development and deployment of new application functionality.
  • Develop and execute test plans for system changes and integrations.
  • Maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and workflows.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend technology improvements.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and lead system modules or projects.
Qualifications
