JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end-user devices in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting Windows laptops/desktops, printers, and peripherals, along with knowledge of Active Directory, device imaging, and ITSM ticketing tools.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Desktop/Deskside Support
  • Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
  • Active Directory & Microsoft 365 support
  • Printer and peripheral support
  • PC imaging/deployment (SCCM/Intune preferred)
  • ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
