In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
โ€ข Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
โ€ข Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
โ€ข Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
โ€ข Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
โ€ข Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
โ€ข Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
โ€ข Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
โ€ข The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
โ€ข A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

Required Skill and Experience
โ€ข EDI analysis, mapping, integrations, and trading partner onboarding.
โ€ข Experience with EDI transactions (ANSI X12: 850/855/856/810/820/830/862/997; EDIFACT equivalents).
โ€ข Experience in EDI map development using ITXA, Sterling Integrator, Seeburger, or similar tools.
โ€ข Build and maintain canonical maps, partner-specific variants, transformations, validations, and lookup/cross-reference tables.
โ€ข Design, configure, and troubleshoot EDI envelope structures (ISA/GS/GE/IEA; UNB/UNZ, UNG/UNE) with proper control numbers and compliance rules.
Preferred Skill and Experience
โ€ข Set up and manage partner profiles, routing rules, envelope settings, and communication parameters in integration middleware.
โ€ข Facilitate partner working sessions to finalize mapping logic, enveloping standards, acknowledgements (997/CONTRL), and exception-handling flows.
โ€ข Drive connectivity and handshake testing (AS2, SFTP, VAN, APIs), including certificate exchange, encryption, and security controls.
โ€ข Provide production support for EDI failures, reprocessing, message tracking, acknowledgements, and SLA-driven issue resolution.
Additional Required Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
โ€ข This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
