D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Sr Marketing Designer. The right candidate is responsible for developing and executing advanced creative solutions that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across digital and traditional marketing channels. This role combines strong visual design expertise with marketing strategy awareness to create compelling customer experiences, campaign assets, and branded communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Design and deliver creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, digital advertising, video, print, presentations, and sales enablement channels
  • Translate marketing objectives and customer insights into visually compelling concepts that support engagement, lead generation, and conversion goals
  • Develop creative solutions that maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging and visuals for various audiences, products, and channels
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product teams, and external partners to create cohesive campaign experiences from concept through execution
  • Create and refine visual systems, templates, and design standards that support scalable marketing execution across markets and business units
  • Review and provide feedback on creative work to ensure quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to design best practices
  • Apply customer experience, accessibility, and usability principles to improve the effectiveness of marketing communications and digital experiences
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing deadlines, stakeholder expectations, and evolving business priorities
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand standards, visual identity systems, and creative production processes
  • Research emerging design trends, tools, and technologies and recommend enhancements to creative capabilities
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing Design, or a related field
  • Five (5) years of professional design experience supporting marketing, advertising, digital media, or creative services functions
  • Strong portfolio reflecting experience with integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels
  • Knowledge of visual design principles, branding, digital marketing channels, and creative production processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and modern digital design tools
  • Ability to develop creative solutions that balance brand objectives, customer needs, and business goals
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
  • Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
  • The noise level is generally moderate
