Overview

Our client is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead utility infrastructure projects from planning through delivery. This role supports a wide range of water, wastewater, and stormwater initiatives, with responsibilities scaled based on experience. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage directly with clients, and play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that serve communities. Senior-level candidates will take on broader leadership, mentoring, and strategic responsibilities..

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver utility infrastructure projects, including drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.

  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals.

  • Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

  • Monitor project performance, including budget, schedule, quality, and risk.

  • Ensure QA/QC compliance for all project deliverables and documentation.

  • Track labor utilization, revenue forecasting, billing, and documentation.

  • Serve as the firm’s representative at client meetings, public hearings, and presentations.

  • Conduct site visits and construction observations as needed.

  • Lead multiple utility infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE).

  • Proven track record managing drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.

  • Experience range:

    • Project Manager: 7+ years of relevant experience

    • Senior Project Manager: 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

  • Knowledge of utility design standards, regulations, and construction practices.
