First International Bank & Trust is looking for a Senior Treasury Management Officer to grow commercial deposit relationships and bring strong Treasury Management expertise to our Edina office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow commercial deposit balances through targeted business development efforts.
  • Partner with relationship officers to identify and expand commercial deposit opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a Treasury Management portfolio.
  • Recommend deposit structures, account solutions, and Treasury Management services based on client needs.
  • Lead pricing discussions for deposits, Treasury Management products, and services.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and business development activity.
  • Support new client onboarding in partnership with the Treasury Management team.
  • Stay current on Treasury Management products, services, fees, processing requirements, and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of seven years of banking experience required.
  • Treasury Management, business development, online banking, deposit sales, or commercial deposit growth experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and grow deposit balances.
  • Knowledge of deposit products, Treasury Management services, pricing, account structures, and relationship profitability.
  • Strong communication, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook preferred.
