Job Summary:  Under the direction of the Treasury Customer Care Center Team Manager, performs all required functions in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines with Treasury and special focus on Treasury.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for treasury clients, assisting with inquiries, technical support, and problem resolution.
  • Performs daily designated functions of Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, Lockbox, Internal Sweeps, Business Online Banking, Business Online Wires and ACH Origination such as:Assist Treasury Customer Care Center Team Manager with updates to rules and regulations.Maintain high level of knowledge of the Bank's Treasury products and services and managing inherent risks with these services.Provide support for Treasury consultative sales functions in conjunction with Treasury Officers and Account Officers, Lenders, and Branch Personnel and assist in ongoing relationship management activities
    • Effectively manage multiple work assignments, set priorities and meet established deadlines for daily work, monthly reports and expected timelines for onboarding services.
    • Customer onboardings and training for RDC, Positive Pay, Wires, ACH Origination. Sweeps, Draws, client visits if deemed necessary by the CMO.
    • Yearly audit for all services and assists with updating of procedures, policies, FDICIA guidelines and risk assessments
    • Perform check imaging review, reconcile general ledger account entries as applicable with the Treasury systems, accepting and sending ACH batch files, balance all files and correct exceptions
    • Process daily business online wire requests by deadline
  • Assist Treasury Sales Team and related departments deemed necessary in all areas of Treasury and third-party processes such as:Assist the Treasury Team Manager on special projects including the implementation of any products and services as well as establishing and maintaining procedures as it relates to Treasury. Consistently seek opportunities to simplify documentationProvide primary customer service function to resolve all workflow, payment transaction or other operational questions/issues posed by the customer via phone, email, internet banking or any other service related to commercial deposits or Treasury productsMonitor and process service requests, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
    • ACH set ups with the Loan Department
    • Password resets for all Treasury services
    • RDC, ACH, Wires and Positive Pay and transfers
    • Business Online Banking Support
    • Assigning RSA Secure ID token activation.
  • Work with customers and 3rd party service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Perform reporting related to Treasury financial performance and product activity
  • Compile information necessary for research and tracking Treasury customers' requests and issues through our Marquis System of CRM events.
  • Provide backup to all Electronic Banking and Deposit Operations personnel
  • Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Three plus years of banking experience highly preferred

PAY RANGE: $22.57 - $29.35 - hourly

The pay range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the pay range for this job at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors; additional compensation may apply.
