Job description

As an Information Security Staff Risk Analyst at Deluxe, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of security and compliance, in particular with our cyber resilience and preparedness. We are looking for a proactive professional with excellent collaboration skills and a comprehensive understanding of cyber risk management frameworks and best practices. The ideal candidate will be eager to deepen their expertise and take a leading role in conducting internal and external risk assessments within a regulated business environment.

Job Functions:

  • Lead cyber resiliency table-tops and evaluates opportunities to ensure alignment with the organization's risk posture.

  • Oversee documentation for the cyber risk management program, including methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Collaborate with enterprise program teams to discuss risk themes, share lessons learned, and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Develop and prepare internal risk assessment reports in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Apply advanced IT risk assessment methodologies by leveraging industry best practices.

  • Learn IT risk assessment methodologies by staying familiar with industry best practices. Support policy and procedure development to enhance robust security and compliance. Lead special projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years of experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's and 8 years of experience

  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to execute effectively in complex, matrixed organizations, and adjust strategies to meet new challenges.

  • Experience incorporating AI efficiencies into risk analysis responsibilities

  • Proven capacity to lead a team to drive organizational change, focusing on team collaboration, achieving project goals, and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with organizational objectives, contributing to departmental initiatives and driving improvements in performance and efficiency.

  • Strong aptitude for communicating complex ideas and updates to peers, supervisors, senior management, and stakeholders, negotiating successfully in high-stakes situations.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities under pressure and consistently delivering results on tight deadlines.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
