Job description

CloudTune's goal is to invent new software systems that remove human decision-making from financial planning and scaling processes. We envision CloudTune Forecasts driving end-to-end automation that provisions Amazon's services appropriately for a great customer experience. We aim to eliminate vast quantities of undifferentiated and often tedious work for Amazon development teams-our opportunity for impact across tens of thousands of developers is enormous.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to help lead the delivery of large-scale forecasting, planning, and automation systems. You will partner closely with engineering, science, product, and business stakeholders to drive complex initiatives from conception through launch. This role requires a combination of technical depth, program leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional stakeholder management.
As a TPM on CloudTune, you will operate at the intersection of technology and business, helping teams navigate ambiguity, align on priorities, and execute against ambitious goals. You will help shape the roadmap for systems that process massive volumes of data, power sophisticated forecasting models, and enable automated decision-making across Amazon's infrastructure ecosystem.

Key job responsibilities
Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent programs spanning engineering, science, product, and business organizations.
Partner with technical leaders to define roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics for strategic initiatives.
Build alignment among senior leadership on technical approaches, resource investments, priorities, and trade-offs.
Coordinate complex cross-team efforts, proactively identifying and resolving blockers to accelerate delivery.
Establish mechanisms for tracking program health, execution risks, operational readiness, and business outcomes.
Translate business objectives into executable technical programs and drive them to completion.
Partner with engineering teams to identify technical risks, dependencies, and architectural considerations early in the development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain KPI frameworks that measure customer impact, adoption, operational excellence, and business value.
Create scalable program management processes, operating mechanisms, and best practices that improve execution across the organization.
Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
