Position Summary
The Associate Technical Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment and delivery of technical talent across Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Center, and other STEM-focused disciplines. This role serves as an entry point into technical recruiting, focusing on candidate sourcing, screening, relationship building, and recruitment coordination while developing expertise in talent acquisition best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across technical and professional skill sets.
  • Learn and execute Boolean search strategies and candidate outreach campaigns.
  • Develop market knowledge within technology, engineering, life sciences, and related industries.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS and CRM.
Candidate Engagement & Recruitment Support
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and career objectives.
  • Present opportunities to prospective candidates and manage ongoing communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from hiring teams and stakeholders.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
