The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner II is responsible for leading end-to-end recruiting for complex and business-critical roles, owning sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, and hiring outcomes. In this role, you will help shape and continuously evolve our recruiting approach, applying market insight, data, and sound judgment to deliver high-quality talent at scale. You will serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders, ensuring candidates receive a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch experience from first introduction through onboarding. Whether attracting top talent or improving how we operate as a team, you play a key role in delivering a consistently exceptional, "VIP-level" candidate and stakeholder experience while helping build and scale a high-performing organization.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and deliver complex, high-impact recruiting efforts across critical, senior, and/or hard-to-fill roles that materially impact the business

  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within the recruiting ecosystem and independently implement solutions that improve outcomes across the function
  • Act as a recognized subject matter expert in talent acquisition, market intelligence, and hiring best practices
  • Mentor, guide, and influence other recruiters or stakeholders, raising the overall capability and effectiveness of the recruiting organization
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, setting direction rather than taking direction, while still collaborating effectively across teams

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering and Technical hiring

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to advise, persuade, and challenge senior leaders and executives
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to broader organizational goals and outcomes
  • Recognized internally as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in recruiting strategy, labor market dynamics, and talent best practices
  • Brings strong fluency in AI and recruiting data, independently owning new tools and workflows while partnering with TA peers to elevate talent storytelling, market intelligence, and candidate identification at scale.
  • Advanced ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, including market signals and intangible factors, to inform decision-making
  • Track record of delivering results that have function-wide or organization-wide impact
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred), with the ability to influence tool adoption and process improvements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
