A leading firm in enterprise solutions is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT. In this role, you will lead the analysis and design of system solutions for various business processes, collaborating closely with teams across finance, HR, and project management. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the requirements gathering for enterprise applications to enhance business operations across finance and HR.

  • Drive process improvements and serve as a subject-matter expert for stakeholders involved in regulatory compliance and audits.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of financial and operational systems.

  • Develop and validate complex Cognos reports to support decision-making and operational insights.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience as a Business/ERP Analyst, ideally in a related sector.

  • Deep functional knowledge of Deltek Costpoint modules, particularly in Projects, GL, and Time & Expense.

  • Advanced experience in Cognos reporting, including designing dashboards and data modeling for complex validation.

  • Proficient in SQL and relational databases, which is essential for guiding technical analysis.
