Home Support Professional – Allen Park, MI

Your Role

As a Home Support Professional, you'll deliver personalized assistance based on each client's individual care plan. Every day is different, offering the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while improving the quality of life for those you serve.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities

  • Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

  • Prepare simple meals and encourage healthy nutrition

  • Perform light housekeeping and household organization

  • Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

  • Support safe mobility and assist with transfers when needed

  • Offer medication reminders following the established care plan

  • Accompany clients on approved appointments or errands

  • Report changes in client condition to the office

  • Complete visit documentation accurately and on time

Scheduling Opportunities

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

  • A caring, dependable, and professional attitude

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation

  • Current auto insurance and vehicle registration

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of providing in-home care

  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check

  • Current TB test or willingness to obtain one before beginning client assignments

Previous experience in caregiving, direct care, home health, customer service, hospitality, or healthcare is helpful but not required. We welcome individuals who have a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.
