Russell Tobin's client, an American entertainment provider company, is hiring a Senior Strategy Analyst (Finance Transformation) in Bay Lake, FL

Duration: 8+ months with possible extension


Pay range: $57/hr - $60/hr W2


Schedule: Mon – Fri 9 am – 5 pm

Work Arrangements: Onsite four days per week (schedule may be flexible based on business needs).


Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to support key transformation initiatives within a Finance organization. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help drive execution across strategic workstreams by coordinating activities, tracking milestones, performing analysis, and preparing materials that support leadership decision-making.

This is an execution-focused position ideal for a highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and progress across high-impact transformation initiatives while gaining exposure to executive-level reporting, stakeholder management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Workstream Support

  • Provide day-to-day analytical and coordination support for assigned transformation workstreams, maintaining project trackers, timelines, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, status reports, and other documentation for workstream leadership.
  • Collect, organize, and synthesize information gathered from stakeholder meetings and working sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of decisions, action items, risks, and outstanding issues while following established confidentiality guidelines.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics, agendas, and supporting materials for cross-functional working sessions.
  • Monitor project progress against established plans and proactively identify risks, delays, or dependencies to leadership.

Confidentiality & Documentation

  • Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain organized and secure documentation, ensuring appropriate access controls for sensitive materials.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, financial planning, business analysis, management consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain accuracy across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using project tracking tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create concise and accurate status updates for leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives, PMO functions, or enterprise change programs.
  • Previous experience within a Project Management Office (PMO), project coordination, or internal consulting environment.
