Responsibilities include: * Contribute to the development and application of modeling and simulation tools by providing technical expertise and support.

* Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission goals.
* Support collaboration across teams to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of modeling, simulation, and analysis initiatives. Basic Qualifications: * Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Aerospace Engineering) with 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with relevant experience who can immediately contribute at this job step; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
* Experience with operational analysis tools (e.g., AFSIM, STK, NGTS, STORM)
* Experience with developing and debugging physics-based modeling and simulation tools to address research questions.
* Experience in conducting quantitative analysis of simulation results to identify key focus areas and extract critical lessons learned.
* Experienced in presenting analysis to non-technical audiences and senior leaders, and bridging operational teams with technical experts to create mission-focused solutions.
* Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages and applications such as C/C++, Java, Julia, Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica
* Active Secret Clearance
* Per the U.S. Government's eligibility requirements, you must be a U.S Citizen to be considered for a security clearance.
* This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on-site Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in mission engineering, including interpreting and analyzing mission threads
* Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools or environments
* Skilled in presenting technical material through reports and presentations, with strong problem-solving and communication abilities, and a passion for collaborating with experts across various disciplines.
* Desire to learn new techniques and approaches on-the-job by leveraging structured educational content, as well as expertise from team members.
* Hands-on experience in adapting research done in academia and industry to "real-world" challenging data sources and problems sets
