Job Summary

At One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Lake Oswego, our success is driven entirely by the dedication, skill, and passion of our team members. We are seeking an elite, experienced Senior Residential HVAC Service & Replacement Technician to join our team. One Hour of Lake Oswego is an independently owned and operated franchise of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.
In this role, you will serve as a lead field professional executing advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and high-efficiency system replacements or installations including gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless mini-splits. You will deliver precision workmanship while providing exceptional customer service directly to homeowners in the local community.
Compensation

Hourly Base Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour, paid weekly.
  • Total Annual Earning Potential: Over $150,000+ per year through a combination of your base hourly rate, overtime opportunities, performance bonuses, and commissions.
Responsibilities of this role:

  • Service, repair, and replacement of residential and light commercial HVAC systems and components
  • Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and determine repair plan
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Communicating with customers - resolving concerns and explaining your work
  • Safe driving of and respect for company vehicle
  • Promptly filling out paperwork including estimates, invoices, job summaries, and materials tracking
  • Comply with company training, ethics, and best practices
  • Mentor junior technicians and advise team on opportunities to improve
  • Punctuality 
Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • EPA 608 Universal Certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Proven track record in residential HVAC diagnostics, service, and full equipment replacement/installation.
  • Passing pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
Preferred:

  • NATE Certification
  • Strong familiarity with ServiceTitan
  • Familiarity with Indoor Air Quality products
  • Self-motivation
