Job description

Senior Service Advisor (Bilingual / Tech-Forward)
Pay: $48,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (Base + Performance Incentives)
Location: In-person

Position Overview:
Are you a pro at turning digital inspections into approved repairs? We are looking for a high-performing, Bilingual Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced shop. Youโ€™ll be the primary link between our technicians and our customers, using your expertise to build trust, explain complex repairs, and keep our bays full.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of Automotive Service Advising (Required).
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (Required).
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with Tekmetric, ALLDATA, and Identifix is a major plus. You should be comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to sell work.
  • Sales Ability: A proven "closer" who understands how to build value and maintain a high Average Repair Order (ARO) ethically.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Estimating: Use Tekmetric to build accurate estimates and ALLDATA/Identifix to verify labor times and parts.
  • The "DVI" Process: Present digital inspections to customers with photos/videos to clearly explain "why" a repair is needed.
  • Customer Mastery: Handle the "front of house"โ€”from the first phone call to the final invoiceโ€”ensuring every customer (English or Spanish speaking) feels heard and respected.
  • Workflow Coordination: Work closely with the shop team to ensure parts are ordered on time and jobs stay on schedule.
  • Specialty Services: Help manage and grow our specialized ADAS Calibration and Fleet Account services.

Why Join Us?
  • High Earning Potential: We reward top-tier sales performance and high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Modern Tools: No old-school paper trails. We use the best software in the industry to make your job easier.
  • Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Mondayโ€“Friday. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
  • Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, employee discounts, and professional development.
