This employee is responsible for the design, deployment, management, and support of Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions,primarily SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), Intune, and Autopilot. This employee ensures the integrity,security, and optimal performance of endpoint management systems are supporting a remote workforce. The employee will possess strong technical expertise in SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365, and willcollaborate with IT teams, project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable
solutions.

JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Designs, deploys, and supports SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot solutions for endpoint management, applicationdeployment, device provisioning, and compliance
  • Monitors and resolves incident tickets, ensuring prompt and effective solutions and closure
  • Effectively triages incidents in accordance with IT procedures
  • Ensures appropriate monitoring tools are in place and properly utilized to maintain the integrity and stability ofthe endpoint management environment
  • Collaborates with other IT support teams for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SCCM, Intune,Autopilot, and Microsoft 365
  • Standardizes and documents existing procedures for endpoint management
  • Provides training and documentation to the Help Desk to enable first-call resolution where possible
  • Assesses and interprets business needs and requirements related to endpoint management and device security
  • Develops and monitors metrics to ensure support SLAs are met
  • Provides escalation path for users with issues and research outstanding problems
  • Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve process and workflowfor technicians
  • Proactively works to improve customer experience and departmental performance
  • Promotes system standards and ensures adherence to existing and new standards and best practices
  • Creates and maintains technical documentation and diagrams specific to SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft365 environments
  • Participates in the planning and execution of IT projects related to endpoint management and Microsoft 365
  • Submits timely status reports to senior leadership and other project stakeholders as required
  • Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required for tasks that cannot be performed during businesshours
  • Works with minimal guidance, seeking guidance on only the most complex tasks
  • Conforms to all departmental and enterprises standards, policies, and procedures
  • Maintains a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the department
  • Develops an understanding and awareness of the enterprise, including its objectives, design, strategies,departmental initiatives, staffing, and the roles of key players in the organization
