Position Title: Senior Salesforce Technology Specialist​
Location: Atlanta, GA​
Engagement Type: Contract​

Role Overview:
The Senior Salesforce Technology Specialist will administer, develop, and architect Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, and CMS to support modernization initiatives. The role oversees platform security, customization, integrations, CI/CD, and governance while partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and drive platform optimization.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer user management, security, data, and sharing settings; manage custom objects, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.​

  • Lead upgrades, data imports/exports, deduplication, and integrations; maintain LWC, Apex, Aura, and metadata.​

  • Design end-to-end architecture; provide technical leadership, documentation, and platform governance.​

  • Implement complex logic and integrations via REST/SOAP; manage deployments with Salesforce DX/Jenkins/Copado/Gearset and version control.​

  • Ensure test coverage and code reviews; maintain standards for security, scalability, and performance.​

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience designing Salesforce applications, preferably for public sector.​

  • Salesforce CRM with Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; security and compliance focus.​

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL, and DevOps pipelines.​

  • Proven ability to meet cybersecurity and other non-functional requirements; strong problem-solving and communication.​

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications.​

  • Experience evaluating AppExchange and third-party tools; CoE practices and data stewardship.​

Additional Details:
Standard schedule (8 hours/day, 5 days/week). Remote work permitted; on-site reporting may be required as directed.​
