Senior Salesforce Developer Alpharetta, GA

Long Term Contract

JD :
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and hands-on experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI-driven solutions and automation). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable CRM solutions, leveraging AI capabilities, and enhancing customer and agent experiences through intelligent automation.
The Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Build and optimize Agentforce AI solutions, including virtual agents, automation flows, and intelligent service processes.
  • Develop custom components using (Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura)
  • Configure and manage Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Leverage Einstein AI / Agentforce capabilities to improve business processes and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards

Requirements:

  • Overall 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce & Salesforce Flows & automation tools
  • Proven experience with Agentforce / Salesforce AI / Einstein AI
  • Experience working with Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel, automation)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture
  • Experience in Salesforce integrations
  • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
