About the team
Worldpay, LLC seeks Software Engineer Senior - Salesforce in Cincinnati, OH to develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients leveraging Salesforce and related technologies.
What you will be doing
The Software Engineer Senior - Salesforce will identify client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and client representatives. Additionally, the role will:
  • Interact with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and software.
  • Train and communicate with clients on systems applications.
  • Analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs.
  • Interact with product managers and users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.
  • Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
  • Write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications using Salesforce APEX, LWC (Lightening Web Components) and related technologies.
  • Has in-depth understanding of the Salesforce / REST API integrations as well as 3rd party apps from Salesforce AppExchange.
  • Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of managed packages in Salesforce.
  • Performs Salesforce Admin activities in production environment. Train and communicate with internal Client, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems applications.
  • Responsible for developing or executing project plans, budgets and schedules and for documenting work and results.
  • Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and external audiences.
  • Perform other related duties assigned as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: developing Salesforce Lightening Web components with SAFe Agile software development methodology; working with SAFe Agile development tools including CA Rally JIRA; utilizing RESTful API's for platform/vendor platform integration; integrating third-party Salesforce applications from AppExchange including DocuSign, SUMO Scheduler and Knowledge Management, telephony products, and Survey Tools. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications required
