Job Description Description: Our client is seeking a Salesforce Admin/Developer. This role is centered on designing and building scalable, efficient business processes using Salesforce's native tools, especially Flow. Responsibilities/skills: Design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered, screen, and scheduled automations Translate business requirements into scalable declarative solutions using standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation tools Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and system performance, ensuring a stable and reliable Salesforce environment Contribute to the full lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, including analysis, design, development, testing, and support Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools, with deep expertise in Salesforce Flow (record-triggered, screen, and scheduled Flows) Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects and relationships Experience using validation rules, formulas, and other configuration-based capabilities.
