Job description

Candescent is a forward-thinking technology company transforming how financial institutions deliver Intelligent Banking experiences. We unite digital banking, account opening, and branch solutions that power and connect digital banking, account opening, and branch solutions-creating seamless engagement across digital, remote, and in-person channels.
Our Experience-Led, Intelligence-Driven approach combines human-centered design with data, automation, and cloud-based innovation. Built on an API-first architecture, our extensible ecosystem enables institutions to adapt quickly, integrate easily, and unlock new opportunities for growth-turning every customer interaction into a moment of clarity, confidence, and connection.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Ops Support Analyst to support the development, documentation, and execution of customer agreements and sales transactions. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at contract drafting, interpreting contractual language, process documentation, and quote creation within a regulated financial services environment.
The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance/Billing, and Operations, ensuring customer agreements accurately reflect business terms while maintaining compliance with internal policies and operational requirements. This position requires a unique blend of strong writing skills, business acumen, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
Our team prides itself on integrity, accountability, and ownership, and we are looking for someone who demonstrates those values in every aspect of their work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, edit, and manage customer contracts, amendments, order forms, statements of work, and other commercial documents.
  • Translate business requirements and deal terms into clear, accurate contractual language while ensuring alignment with company standards and approved legal provisions.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Legal teams to negotiate, revise, and finalize agreement language.
  • Review customer requests and identify contractual, operational, and billing implications.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Build and maintain sales quotes within Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
  • Ensure contracts, quotes, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance/Billing, Sales, and Operations teams to facilitate efficient contract execution and customer onboarding.
  • Support billing and provisioning processes and ensure contractual obligations are accurately reflected in downstream systems.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of scalable operational procedures.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking, financial services, or related regulated industry.
  • Strong experience drafting, revising, reviewing, and interpreting contractual language and commercial agreements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional business and legal documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance/Billing, and Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience with Zuora, ServiceNow, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Background supporting contract lifecycle management, sales operations, deal desk, legal operations, or commercial operations functions.
  • Experience creating process documentation and SOPs.
  • Understanding of billing, provisioning, and customer onboarding processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable drafting contractual language, creating process documentation, and building quotes within Salesforce. They have a sharp eye for detail, can quickly understand complex business requirements, and possess the ability to translate those requirements into clear and accurate agreements. They are task-oriented, thrive in a deadline-driven environment, and take ownership of their work from initiation through completion. Most importantly, they demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results every time.
