ABOUT THE ROLE

REPAY is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimize our go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Salesforce data, managing lead lifecycle processes, developing reporting and dashboards, and partnering cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, and Salesforce Administration teams to ensure our systems, processes, and reporting provide actionable insights that drive business growth.

About the Team

The Sales Operations team's mission is to:

  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data within Salesforce and supporting applications.
  • Manage and optimize lead lifecycle processes from creation through conversion.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve lead qualification, routing, and campaign attribution.
  • Deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics that enable data-driven decision making.
  • Govern and enhance Salesforce-related business processes and integrations.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement and automation.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to go-to-market teams by providing timely support, training, and insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the lead lifecycle process, including lead assignment, routing, enrichment, conversions and ongoing data hygiene
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality by identifying and resolving duplicates, ownership discrepancies, and incomplete records
  • Partner with Marketing to analyze campaign performance, attribution, and lead conversion metrics
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to:
    • Pipeline and funnel performance
    • Bookings and gross profit
    • Lead conversion and campaign attribution
    • SDR and Account Executive activity
    • Technology Partner performance
    • Territory and portfolio analysis
    • Executive and ad hoc reporting
  • Support forecasting and quota management process in partnership with Sales Leadership
  • Administer and optimize sales enablement and data enrichment tools, including ZoomInfo, RingLead, Sales Engagement, and related Salesforce integrations
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators on system enhancements, business requirements, testing, and process improvements
  • Document business processes and provide end-user training to Sales and Client Success teams
  • Participate in cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies across the go-to-market organization

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role
  • Experience working extensively in Salesforce CRM, including reports, dashboards, and data management
  • Experience with Salesforce-integrated tools such as ZoomInfo, RingLead, Sales Engagement, or similar applications
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting business performance metrics
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis techniques
  • Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Sisense, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with data warehouses, data lakes, or SQL is a plus
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience supporting data governance initiatives or establishing data quality standards is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field preferred
