Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Sr Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing and executing the processes, systems, and data within LG's marketing department. This position focuses on managing process platforms, ensuring data accuracy, improving invoice workflows, and providing actionable insights through analytics and reporting. By collaborating closely within the team and with crossfunctional teams, the Sr Business Operations Analyst drives process efficiency, supports scalable marketing programs, and enables the organization to maintain process compliance and follow Jeong-Do Management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support marketing team in the onboarding of new vendors and processing all financial and legal documents
  • Engage with vendors and maintain positive relationships; proactively following up on pending contracts to keep the onboarding processes moving. Manage internal marketing budget processes, including but not limited to AP production, invoice management, (including engaging with vendors through the invoice process to prevent bottlenecks), and proactive management and reporting of marketing budget
  • Support marketing team members in development of legal documents, and GP purchasing requests. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline marketing activity planning and approval processes
  • Aggregate reporting and create and maintain a dashboard and share with the team on a weekly basis to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain events, social media, and editorial calendars
  • Assist in the establishment and measurement of KPIs for activities and track program results
  • Route all campaign-related materials/assets (copy, design, content) to key stakeholders and legal for approvals prior to execution
  • Assist team members with external events to support partner initiatives and programs
  • Maintain a spreadsheet and inventory of marketing assets and sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the printing or ordering of materials as needed
  • Proofread materials and provide quality control
  • Assist in creation of marketing SOWs, legal review, securing budget, and invoicing

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably a degree in business, finance or marketing
  • 5+ years' experience in operations, accounting, contract negotiations or related experience
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written form
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have strong analytic skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Korean language fluency is preferred, but not required
