Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: $18.00/hrbase salary +uncappedappointment bonuses and commission

Job Summary:

We'relooking for a driven and personable Sales Development Representative to join our team. The SDR willbe responsible foridentifyingand connecting with potential customers through250 cold calls perweek and will be expected to generate at least 3 qualified appointments per month for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with others, hasdemonstratedexperienceincold calling, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.This is an in-person position at our office in Manchester, CT. No opportunity for remote or hybrid work.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling toidentifypotential business opportunities.(250 dials/week)
  • Send out personalized emails to prospective clients using message templates.
  • Effectively communicate Encompass IT's services and value propositions.
  • Prioritize or disqualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile fit.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of calls andprospectinteractions in our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
