Job description

SOS Safety Solutions, isseeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor in the Exton, PA or surrounding area,to partner with their policyholders and help drive safer workplaces. This role blends technical safety expertise with relationship managementserving as a trusted advisor to clients while supporting underwriting and business objectives.
Youll work directly with employers to evaluate risks, implement safety strategies, and reduce workplace incidents. This is a highly visible, consultative role with meaningful impact on both client success and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Client Partnership & Risk Evaluation:Develop trusted client relationships while evaluating operations, facilities, and work practices to identify risks and support informed underwriting decisions.
  • Loss Control & Safety Strategy:Identify hazards and implement data-driven safety and loss prevention strategies to reduce risk and continuously improve client outcomes.
  • Training & Communication:Deliver clear, engaging safety training and translate complex technical information into practical guidance while collaborating across internal teams and interacting with medical providers. Mentor and support development of less experience staff.
  • Territory & Relationship Management:Manage a portfolio of accounts by coordinating with agents and internal partners to ensure effective service and strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
  • Four year degree in the field of Safety/Loss Prevention
  • Minimum of 7 years safety-related work experience, workers' compensation experience preferred
  • Certifications in Safety, preferred
  • Proactive time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective presentation and training capabilities
  • Proven ability to influence change and manage client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work independentlywith minimal supervision
