Entegris is currently seekinga Sr. Engineer, Quality Assuranceto join ourBurnet Quality Organization. This position will be basedinourBurnet, TXfacility.

In this role, you willbe responsible forleading quality engineering initiatives that support manufacturing excellence, product compliance, and customer satisfaction across the Burnet site. You will drive improvements in Quality Notification (QN) management, Management of Change (MOC), Product Change Notifications (PCNs), labeling compliance, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) processes, and hardware-related quality performance while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams. Through the application of risk-based thinking, statistical analysis, structured problem solving, and quality system leadership, you will improve investigation timeliness, reduce process backlogs, strengthen corrective action effectiveness, and implement sustainable solutions that support Burnet's growth strategy and operational excellence objectives.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Lead site efforts to improve Quality Notification (QN) timeliness and reduce investigation backlog.

  • Drive Management of Change (MOC) and Product Change Notification (PCN) activities to ensuretimelyexecution, compliance, and effective risk mitigation.

  • Lead structured problem-solving activities utilizing 8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA.

  • Drive robust containment actions, corrective actions, and preventive actions toeliminaterecurring quality issues and improve CAPA effectiveness.

  • Lead initiatives focused on labeling compliance, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) process improvements, and hardware-related quality performance.

  • Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams toidentifyand implement systemic process improvements.

  • Monitor and improve key quality metrics including QN aging, CAPA effectiveness, MOC cycle time, customer complaints, and product compliance performance.

  • Lead cross-functional Material Review Board (MRB) activities and support disposition of nonconforming materials.

  • Utilize statistical methods including SPC, process capability analysis, trend analysis, and data-driven decision making toidentifyimprovement opportunities and mitigate process risk.

  • Support validation and qualification of products, processes, equipment, and manufacturing changes.

  • Serve as the quality representative for manufacturing changes, process qualifications, and new product introductions as applicable.

  • Conduct risk assessments and support implementation of Control Plans and FMEAs to ensure robust process control and compliance.

  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated quality concerns and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Support internal, customer, and ISO audits while ensuring compliance with quality system requirements.

  • Mentor team members in quality best practices, risk-based thinking,investigationquality, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Engineering within semiconductor, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Experience managing customer complaints, 8D investigations, MOC, CAPA, and PCN processes.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.

  • Demonstrated experience applying SPC,capability analysis, FMEA, DOE, Control Plans, and structured problem-solving tools.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing ramp-up, process qualification, validation activities, and change management preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive corrective actions that improve long-termsystemicprocess performance.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or Lean certification preferred.

  • Ability toleverageSAP to support QNs, inspection lot management, nonconformance tracking, material dispositions, productholds, corrective actions, and quality performance reporting.

  • Regular in person attendance is an essential function of this role.
