POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Reporting Analyst position is responsible for functioning in a professional and knowledgeable manner. This position is an experienced level position that reports directly to the Assistant Controller and will perform the following responsibilities: ( Salary range 90k-115k
RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES:
  • Coordinate and oversee External and Internal Audits working directly with the Auditors;
  • Coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley testing and compliance;
  • Review Financial Reporting Packages with the proper level of analytical review;
  • Identify and manage projects to drive process improvements and increase automation;
  • Participate in and lead projects for new technology and testing systems before implementation;
  • Assist with month end closing process;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Currently hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience; CPA Preferred;
  • Extensive hands on experience with the responsibilities/duties listed above;
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel, Access, and Word;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with regard to the information that is processed;
  • Ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other corporate team members and operational team members;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines; and
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
