Job description

The Senior Property Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of residential properties, including condominiums, cooperatives, and rental units. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management within urban settings, specifically Downtown Brooklyn. The position is fully in-office and demands a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of property upkeep and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of condo, coop, and rental properties
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and local laws
  • Oversee tenant relations and address resident concerns
  • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports
  • Collaborate with board members and owners for property improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of condo, coop, and rental property management experience
