Keys to Living Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our expanding team. In this full-time remote role, you will provide essential therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate and resolve challenges with understanding and compassion. Your expertise will guide clients in fulfilling their personal and relational goals within our community health clinic setting.

Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from your home while maintaining close collaboration with your fellow team members through virtual platforms. You will be equipped with access to modern teletherapy tools that facilitate effective client engagement in a virtual setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional and relational challenges through structured interviews and standardized assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for diverse client populations, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision to enhance your practice and stay updated on emerging trends in marriage and family therapy.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous client records while adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality as mandated by HIPAA and state regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults, couples, and families experiencing a range of concerns, including relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Understanding the varied backgrounds and cultures of clients in the Gresham area will enable you to deliver culturally competent care that resonates with their lived experiences, ultimately enhancing their therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • An active and independent license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
  • Proven experience of at least two years in providing therapeutic services and developing treatment plans within a clinical or community health setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially for remote interactions, combined with a warm and empathic approach to service delivery.
  • Comfort with online therapy platforms and technology is essential for seamless client engagement.
Preferred Experience
