Position Overview: Commercial Real Estate Broker – Chicago, IL`

As a Commercial Real Estate Broker with MRG Realty Partners, you will play a senior role in sourcing, structuring, and executing middle-market investment transactions. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining high-value client relationships, leading complex negotiations, and serving as a trusted advisor to institutional and private investors. This role requires strong financial and market expertise, as well as the ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative regional team.

You will play a key role in expanding MRG’s presence across Chicago and the greater Midwest.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Illinois, or willing to promptly obtain a broker license in Illinois.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with real estate investment analysis.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate processes, transactions, and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage large client accounts and execute complex deals.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth of the Chicago market.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead as well as work within a team.

Job Type: Full-Time License/Certification:

  • Illinois Real Estate Broker License (Preferred)
