The North Carolina Client (NC client) is seeking a Senior Application Systems Analyst and Designer to help us with implementing solutions around the HR1 and payment error rate reduction changes for FNS/SNAP programs.
The North Carolina Client (NC client) is seeking a Senior Application Systems Analyst and Designer to help us with implementing solutions around the HR1 and payment error rate reduction changes for FNS/SNAP programs. The responsibilities of this role will include the following:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers.
Document and illustrate design ideas using POCs.
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Help creating user stories based on the application design
Help creating test scenarios and help test in some scenarios
This role will work with the client Food Nutrition Services (FNS/SNAP) teams for gathering requirements, designing application components based on the HR1 and Payment error rate reduction/Proactive QC efforts. This role will collaborate with other members of the application development team, client business team, and the division and county stake holders for design, development and testing of the code as per the business requirement.
